Pins & Needles


After a week of very little information coming through RQ's site, now it's been announced that some referrals are coming in! Information is still sketchy though.

I'm on pins and needles and sending out good thoughts for Christi, Tamara, and Mary-Mia. Let us know when you hear something girls, so that we can celebrate with you (and live vicariously...).

On the flip side, because it looks as though this batch of referrals may only cover July 14 - 22, 2005, I am feeling discouraged. If it continues to take three months to refer one month of LIDs, then I won't receive a referral until 2009. I don't think I can wait that long and maintain my sanity. What is going on over there?

    ARRGGHH!! That is so awful! I wish they would be open about why it is taking so long. :( I actually just posted a related subject on my blog. I will pray that things speed up! The CCAA is looking really insensitive and unorganized right about now.

    I'm dancing for the gals in this time too and can't wait to hear the news!

    But, I'm also kicking things over the wait for the rest of us. They'll have to get their act together soon. There is no way we'll be waiting years. I just don't believe that! It would be far too cruel.

    I'm so sorry that this process is as secretive as it is and I hope that things begin to speed up soon. It can't stay like this for much longer.

    I wish I knew! I still can't believe only 9 days this time!! I guess it's true that we just can't predict what's going to happen.

    I agree! I am SUPER happy for those getting their referrals but COME ON CCAA! (sorry...)

    What is going on? Our referrals seem like an eternity away after the latest referral time.

    Just remember...if the CCAA can slow down, then they can also speed up at any time. Gotta keep up the hope! Happy Friday!

    I agree with Sandy's observation. They CAN speed up ...and have in the past. Let's hope for happy surprises.

    It is discouraging that it seems each month is slower and slower. We were DTC on 7/14/06 and have not heard of our LID yet. My husband said since the referrals were early, maybe the CCAA is going back to referrals twice a month. Wouldn't that be great?! We are trying to keep things in perspective--on some days is not so easy. Hang in there.

    I am trying to be so positive that this was an extra batch and the real referals will coem out soon.
