About Me
- Name: Joannah
- Location: Southern California, United States
We all know life can change in an instant, and mine has. I was enjoying my life as a newlywed, savoring every day with my wonderful husband, and trying to overcome infertility when we learned in May of 2009 that he has kidney cancer. Now, our focus is on his health. Through our struggles with infertility my faith in Christ grew, and now I can face this new challenge knowing that we are in His hands.

My course just began today as well. In February, I will have a new additional qualification and will hopefully be teaching high school in the fall of 2007. We can support each other through the next four months. :)

lol it's always so exciting to think of a new qualification and then you realize that yes, it will include work!
there is a good postcard called 'why study' I will try and hunt it out, it is hillarious!

I feel your pain... I was just there in January and May couldn't come fast enough. You will feel sooo wonderful when it's done. The light is at the end of the tunnel and it is shining really bright!!!!
I look back now and say "piece of cake", then my friends want to hurt me for all I put them through during it!!!

You are very, very disciplined and that is admirable.

It will be the best feeling when you've completed your coursework!
It's a big task, but also a rewarding sense of accomplishment.
I completed my Master's a year and half ago. And percolating in the back of my mind is the thought of a PhD. We'll see...perhaps one day :)

UGH! I still have two years to go! Let's see if I last that long before I have a nervous breakdown.
I'm sure I'll be very happy when I have that degree in hand, because I will have more money..I mean...I will have the satisfaction that I worked myself to death...I mean, that I worked very hard to receive it and now I am a better teacher...hopefully... because of it!
